We meet with all potential candidates and evaluate their skills, disposition, personality and attitude to ensure they are a perfect fit for your organization.
References/Background Checks
MKRB Recruiting obtains references on potential candidates. A document will be provided including source contact information and a detailed summary of the recommendation. In addition, our firm collects pertinent personal information from the candidate in order to complete a criminal background check. The References and background details are made available in a timely manner.
Contract/Fees
MKRB Recruiting provides detailed contracts to our clients explaining our terms and costs. Payment is required at the time a referred candidate is hired. Employers are granted 3 months to evaluate a new applicant. In the event the employee is not meeting expectations, our firm will seek out another applicant immediately as a replacement. Our fees are low and fair!
Consultations
MKRB Recruiting has a consulting service for individuals who are unemployed and seeking information on how to obtain a job. Sharing our knowledge to better help people is one of the most rewarding aspects of our position. Need advice on how to write a resume, how to apply for jobs, how to reply to interested parties, how to conduct yourself in an interview or how to follow up after an interview? Need a Resume?
MKRB Recruiting provides a resume writing service. Our firm will collect the information we need to compose an eye catching but simple resume. It is not recommended to write anything more than 2 pages. Our firm will explain what employers look for regarding past work experience. New graduates, you may be inclined to believe you do not have enough experience to compose a resume, but you do. Please contact us! Often employers prefer to hire individuals fresh out of college.
